Hillcrest Senior Life Center: Clovis, NM
New 13,000 sq ft Senior Center for the City of Clovis. The building includes a quilting room, offices, a rentable conference room, a commercial kitchen, and a large multi-purpose room with motorized operable partition and acoustical clouding.

Moriarty Fire Station 1: Moriarty, NM
13,212 sq ft fire station for the City of Moriarty. The new building includes offices, a conference room, fire equipment storage, a kitchen, laundry, living/dining areas, bunk rooms, an exercise room, and four engine bays.
Curry County Magistrate Courthouse: Clovis, NM
The courthouse consists of an 18,340 sq ft new addition to the existing facility. The building has a single level below grade and two more stories above grade. Level one will occupy the court clerk’s office, ancillary space, and hearing room. The second level will include two jury courtrooms, judicial chambers, jury deliberation rooms, and holding areas.
Clovis Airport Terminal: Texico, NM
The new terminal building will include check-in desks for airlines and car rentals, a restaurant, baggage claim, ample passenger seating, and additional parking.
Sandoval County Animal Resource Center: Bernalillo, NM
The new facility will be 7,350 sq ft and include dog and cat kennels, offices, and training rooms. Accommodations for larger dogs are in a separate 3,000 sq ft building with a play area. The center’s campus will also have an area for large animals available for special situations.
Pojoaque Judicial Complex Addition: Santa Fe, NM
2,964 sq ft addition to the existing judicial complex. The addition includes secure evidence, firearms, narcotics, and ammo storage, a new booking center, holding cells, and a processing/operations area. The building will also incorporate a new training center and domestic violence counseling center.
